Black Lightning
The DC Comics-inspired television series Black Lightning follows Jefferson Pierce, the retired Black Lightning, as he returns to his life as a superhero to protect Freeland from a series of villains including The 100 — led by Tobias Whale — the A.S.A., and the Markovian soldiers.
Joining Black Lightning are his daughters Jennifer Pierce (Lightning) and Anissa Pierce (Thunder).
