Season 2 of The Real Housewives of Dubai is already proving to be an exciting one, as viewers are witnessing the group dynamics shift in a new direction. Where things stand right now, the battle of the Carolines remains as strong as ever. Caroline Brooks is in especially rare form thanks to the stress of opening her new business. Newcomer Taleen Marie was at odds with Caroline Stanbury for a brief moment, but that ended quickly. It seems like Brooks will be Season 2's agent of chaos.
With the drama heating up almost immediately, viewers can tell they're in for a treat — especially with the knowledge that Chanel Ayan and Lesa Milan's friendship is presently non-existent. Another thing viewers were aware of ahead of the Season 2 premiere is the work Caroline Stanbury has gotten done since filming ended. She even shared the process via social media, sharing the journey from post-surgery to present fabulousness. So what work did Caroline Stanbury have done?
Caroline Stanbury's plastic surgeries, explained.
Even during her time on Bravo's Ladies of London from 2014–'17, Caroline was not shy about trying new things with her face and skin. During a 2014 interview with Allure, she expressed excitement about Botox and other procedures. When asked about British versus American beauty, she said, "I think you guys do a lot more maintenance work with machines — and I'm pro that, by the way," adding later, "You have amazing skin doctors here. I would fly here just to see one of your skin doctors and spend proper beauty time."
Caroline shared updates on her facelift journey via social media alongside her hubby, Sergio Carrallo.
Caroline, who admitted to having had lots of fillers over the years, got a facelift procedure done in November of 2023. She shared videos and footage of herself post-surgery, as did her husband, Sergio Carrallo. Sergio's videos showed him nervous and crying over the pain Caroline was in after the elective procedure. Photos and videos of her swollen face would make anyone not want to go through with surgery like that, but Caroline pushed through and is now very pleased with the results. Some have been critical of her sharing the journey, but she stands by her decision.
Caroline is proud of her "new face" and is happy she went through with the procedure, pain or no pain.
In a sit-down interview with Page Six in June 2024, Caroline talked about how she was not ready for just how hard things would be after the facelift surgery. She also shared that she preferred her puffy post-surgery face to the way she looked before it. “You’re like, ‘Oh, I could live like this.’ So you don’t ever see yourself coming around and looking normal. But you do, and I can’t recommend it enough. I loved it,” she said. She also said that her face looked "alien" right after the procedure, and that she had no idea what she'd look like after.
