Love Is Still in the Air for These 'Love Island USA' Season 5 Couples
Most of the couples from 'Love Island USA' Season 5 have since broken up, but several are still going strong.

Season 6 of Love Island USA is in full swing on Peacock. The new season is hosted by Vanderpump Rules star Ariana Madix, who picked up the new role after actor Sarah Hyland left the series. While viewers get to meet the newest hopefuls looking for love, many are curious about how things are going for the Season 5 cast. Most of the couples have broken up since Season 5 finished airing, but several couples are still going strong. Which couples from Love Island USA Season 5 are still together?
Finalist couple Kassy Castillo and Leonardo Dioncio broke up a few months after filming ended. Others that left together, like Kaykay and Keenan, Destiny and Kyle, Imani and Zay, and Johnnie and Scott, all broke up shortly after leaving the series as well. Despite this, the finalist couples are all still very much in love and planning out their futures. Here are the couples from Love Island USA Season 5 that are still together and working on building their lives together.
'Love Island USA' Season 5 winners Hannah and Marco
The winners of Love Island USA Season 5, Hannah Wright and Marco Donatelli are very much still together! Shortly after the show finished filming, Hannah moved to Boca Raton, Fla., to live with Marco. They shared in an interview with People that they are hoping to one day own a house in Pittsburgh, Pa. Marco said, "As for Hannah and my relationship, we are focusing on growing together and making adult decisions." He continued, "We are also both looking for good jobs to meet our needs."
Carston "Bergie" Bergersen and Taylor Smith
Viewers fell in love with Carston "Bergie" Bergersen's endearing personality on Season 5 of Love Island USA. Initially, it seemed as if he would wind up leaving the island alone as he struggled with finding romantic connections. Luckily, Taylor Smith came to the villa in the eleventh hour, and the two made it to the finals. Since the show ended, Taylor and Bergie have maintained a long-distance relationship. The couple hopes to be married in the next five years and plans to start a family after.
Carmen Kocourek and Kenzo Nudo
Runners-up Carmen Kocourek and Kenzo Nudo are going strong and moved in together in May 2024. The couple is now living in Milwaukee, Wisc., and seem to be excited to see what's in store for the future.
Carmen shared in the People interview, "We're excited to continue building our home together and checking off more things on our bucket list." She also said, "We both have a lot we want to achieve and a lot of places we want to see in our lives and we're just excited to be able to do it all together."
