'Selling the OC' Is Back for Season 3 — Here's All the Juicy Cast Details You Need to Know

If there's one thing that Netflix knows, it's that its members love luxury million-dollar properties, messy drama, and attractive real estate agents who sometimes hook up with one another.

Following the success of Selling Sunset, which follows the lives of the real estate agents at the Oppenheim Group, a high-end brokerage firm in West Hollywood, real estate mogul Jason Oppenheim expanded his namesake brokerage and opened up another location in Orange County, Calif. And Netflix naturally had to bring the cameras along to capture the dynamics in this workplace.

Selling the OC is now in its third season, and already, we've seen office romances blossom, friendships shatter, and dozens of dream-worthy properties.

Initially appearing as an interior designer in Selling the OC Season 1, Alexandra "Alex" Hall has since transitioned to becoming a real estate agent for the Oppenheim Group. While she hasn't been with the brokerage long, she’s “one of the most in-demand realtors in Orange County," according to the company’s official website. Alex is a busy mom-of-two, having had her first kid, daughter Gia at age 19. She also has a son whose name is not publicly known. Alex shares both kids with her ex-husband Neil Flores, who she was married to for seven years. From the beginning of the show, she's always been close with her co-worker Tyler Stanaland.

Alabama-born Alexandra Jarvis cleared an estimated $40 million dollars in sales during her first year in the real estate business, and the numbers speak for themselves. Before picking up a job at Oppenheim, Alexandra was a practicing attorney. In April 2023, she married businessman Sergio Ducoulombier in Lake Como, Italy.

Along with making a living at The Oppenheim Group as a real estate agent, Austin Victoria has years of experience as an actor and model. He's been married to fashion designer Lisa Victoria since 2018. Together, they have three kids: twin girls Hazel and Lila and son Aeson.

Before venturing into the world of real estate, Brandi Marshall worked as a publicist and entertainment coordinator in Los Angeles. She started working in real estate in 2017 and hasn't looked back since. Brandi has been married to retired pro basketball star Sean Marshall since 2015. She and Sean share her daughter Autumn, who comes from a previous relationship of Brandi's. They also have a son, Sean Jr., together.

Gio Helou's love for Laguna Beach was born at an early age. Both of his parents are veterans in the real estate industry. According to his bio on Zillow, it "seemed only natural for Gio to follow in his parent's footsteps." Currently, Gio is one of the top sellers in the office. He married his wife Tiffany in 2020 and they welcomed their first child together, son Theodore "Teddy" Georges Helou in September 2023.

A lifelong Orange County native, Kayla Cardona is a single mom to her son Jordan, whom she had when she was 18 in 2006. A hard worker, Kayla has been with the Oppenheim Group since 2019. She is also a certified life coach and the host of the podcast Pain to Power.

Sean Palmieri hails from West Palm Beach, Fla. With a background in marketing, sales, and operations at big names companies like Sotheby's International Realty and Coldwell Banker Global Luxury, Sean took his talents to the Oppenheim Group in 2021 to try out being a real estate agent. In November 2023, he announced he was leaving the Oppenheim Group, although his LinkedIn profile notes that he worked there as an agent until February 2024.

A former pageant queen from Tennessee, Ali joined the cast of Selling the OC in Season 2 with absolutely no real estate experience, making us wonder what Jason was thinking when he hired her. Ali is still trying to acquire her real estate license to start making sales in Orange County, but it's taking longer than expected. As she told Tudum in September 2023, "I literally thought that you could just get your real estate course done, and then sign up to take the test, and then boom,” she says. “No, you actually have to be approved to just take the test. I’ve been waiting going on five months now. It’s a process and my greatest piece of advice to anyone would be just to go ahead, get it started.”

Tyler Stanaland is a fifth-generation realtor. Before he began selling luxury beach homes in Laguna Beach, he pursued a career as a professional surfer. However, his stint came to an end after he suffered an injury to the head. Following his accident, he obtained his real estate license and worked at his family's brokerage before joining the O Group. However, in October 2023, he left the Oppenheim Group to return to his family's brokerage. He was previously married to actress Brittany Snow.

Selling the OC star and Oppenheim Group agent Polly Brindle originally hails from England, where she previously made a living as a model.

Alexandra Rose started her real estate journey in 2019, first working at Sotheby's International Realty, before joining the Oppenheim Group in 2021. She sold nearly $100 million worth of properties within her first four years in the business. On the show, she previously co-listed properties with fellow O Group agent Alexandra Jarvis, but the once-friends seem to have drifted apart.

Lauren Brito (neé Shortt) has resided in Orange County for over a decade. She began working in real estate in 2017 but didn't join the Oppenheim Group until 2021. She married her husband, Andrew Brito, in June 2022.
